Initialization & Personalization
During your first time launching the app, you will complete a quick survey to personalize your curriculum:
- Select Gender & Age: Helps optimize physical activity intensity suited to your body.
- Update Height & Weight: The app will calculate your current Body Mass Index (BMI).
- Choose Goals: Whether you want to lose weight, build lean physical strength, learn basic self-defense, or build quick reflexes.
All of this information is stored locally (offline) on your device to ensure maximum privacy.
02
Receive Workout Plan
Based on the survey results, the system will automatically recommend a 30-day training program corresponding to your level:
- Beginner Level: Focuses on basic attacks (straight punches, front kick - Ap Chagi), movement steps, and flexibility warm-up exercises.
- Intermediate Level: Get familiar with roundhouse kicks (Dollyo Chagi), quick defensive dodges, and cardiorespiratory fitness (Cardio).
- Advanced Level: Spinning kicks, advanced combinations, and high-intensity muscular strength workouts.
You can track the exercise list for each day, estimated calorie burn, and total workout duration before you start.
03
Live Workout Session
When you click the "Start" button, you will enter the virtual training room of Martial Arts Trainer At home:
- Dynamic Animated Demonstrations: Each movement is shown via looping animations, making it easy to observe foot angles, hip positions, and precise striking technique.
- Rest & Exercise Timers: Clearly visualizes workout duration for each movement and rest intervals between sets for proper muscle recovery.
- Voice Guidance (TTS): Announces the next movement and countdowns so you don't have to keep looking at your phone screen.
- Inspiring Background Music: Integrated fast-tempo tracks to help you maintain momentum and stay active.
04
Track Stats & Reminders
After each session, the app records your results in your Activity Log:
- Activity Dashboard: View visual charts of accumulated workout duration, completed sessions, and total calories burned.
- Weight Charts: Record your weight periodically to closely monitor your body transformation over time.
- Workout Reminders: Set daily notifications for fixed times (e.g., 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM) to build a disciplined habit.
