- The Application is not liable for any physical injury, health damage, or accidents that occur during your training following the guidance of the Application.
3. In-App Purchases
The Application offers basic features for free and paid Premium subscription packages to unlock all workouts and remove ads:
- Payments are processed directly through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). You agree to comply with their respective payment policies.
- Premium subscription packages may renew automatically unless you cancel the renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
- Fees paid are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content contained within the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, animated move simulations, audio, source code, and layout design, is owned by the developer of Martial Arts Trainer At home and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content of the Application without our prior written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
