- No Online Accounts: The Application does not require online account registration or social network linking to use its workout features. Your data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Application.
2. Use of Personal Information
The data you provide is only processed internally on your device by the Application to perform the following functions:
- Calculate body mass index (BMI) to recommend appropriate training intensity.
- Schedule and analyze 30-day training progress charts.
- Display statistics of total calories burned, cumulative training time, and track personal weight fluctuations.
3. Third-Party Services (Ads & Analytics)
To maintain free application development, we integrate certain third-party services. These entities may collect technical information from your device (such as advertising ID, operating system, device model):
- Google AdMob: Used to deliver ads within the app. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers to personalize the ads displayed.
- Firebase SDK (Analytics): Used to anonymously track app usage behavior (e.g., which screens are accessed most, where crashes occur) to help us upgrade performance and fix bugs in a timely manner.
These third parties process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can restrict ad tracking by changing settings on iOS (App Tracking Transparency) or Android.

Since all your training data resides on your personal mobile device, the level of data security depends directly on how you protect your own device (e.g., setting a phone password, fingerprint, or FaceID). We recommend securing your device to prevent unauthorized access to your personal health information.

Our Application does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the Application under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
